§1

Four operator-flow areas

CDR creation and authoring (walks operator through eight field categories). CDR management and revision (edit, withdraw, transfer, renewal operations). Bulk operations for Authorised CDR Registrars (CSV upload, bulk update, export). Verification and audit support (coverage statistics, audit-trail records, exposure reports).

§2

Three-role access-control model

Owner: the rights holder, can read/edit/withdraw/transfer own CDRs. Authorised Registrar: operator authorised by owner, every operation logged. Auditor: read-only access scoped by audit purpose.

§3

UX principles

Defaults to the most-restrictive position. Every change logged and reversible within 30-day window. Owner authority non-overridable — Authorised Registrar permissions revocable at any time.

§4

Integration with framework features

cip.md Generator certified mode, Component Rights Block per-layer CDR authoring, Agency Onboarding Pack bulk-CDR-creation, Platform Certification audit area, GIPL/AI-IP risk underwriting exposure reports.
